Auply helps business owners reply automatically to Instagram Direct messages and comments on their posts. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to delete it.
When you sign in with Google, Google gives us your email address, name and profile picture. We use these only to identify you and create your account. We never see or store your password.
When you connect an Instagram account we store its ID, username, name and profile picture, its follower and media counts, and the access token Instagram issues — used only to perform the actions you authorised.
Once you create automation rules we store the Instagram user's ID, username and profile picture, the message text and the bot's reply, comment text on your posts and the reply sent, any information your rule asks for (such as a phone number or email), and the tags and status you assign. To measure conversion we also record whether and when a person opened a link button in a message sent by the bot; such links pass through maychat.verocrm.uz and redirect immediately to the original address.
Only to operate the service: to run your rules, show your conversation history and produce your statistics. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties.
Data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database on servers in the European Union. Each user's data is isolated at the database level, so no other user can read it. Instagram access tokens are kept in a separate table reachable only by our server.
We keep your data while your account is active. Technical logs are deleted automatically after 7 days.
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below.
